Gracious Me Shoes taken pride in the quality and designs of their shoes. We want you to be 100% happy and satisfied with the shoes you purchased so if you change your mind within ten days of the purchase date we will gladly refund your money or exchange the item.
If you would like to return an item, its simple just send an email to info@graciousmeshoes.com.au explaing the reason for the return or exchange and we will send you a return number and then send out a prepaid satchel so you can return it.
Please send the goods back with your receipt within 10 days of purchase. Please allow two weeks from the date you returned your package for your account to be credited.
* Please note Gracious Me Shoes will send parcels for free within Australia. Free returns only applies to South Australia.
